The Wonderful Baby Shower

Well, how the time has gone by so quickly. We are only 7 weeks away before our baby girl is born. We all know that when it gets this close, it is time for the wonderful baby shower. My sister-in-law Melody did the baby shower planning. It was on Saturday July 25, 2009 and it was a great success. We had a lot of people show up and of course a lot of gifts for the baby. I was a little shy being around everyone like this and being the center of attention, but I did have a great time and was able to spend a lot of time with friends.

We ended up getting almost everything we need for the baby and will only have to buy a few small essentials. I have included a little video which you can see some of the gifts and I hope to have another post this week with the pictures of our completed baby room, well almost completed.
