On June of 2008, my husband and my family went on a white water rafting trip. It was in my home town of Cagayan De Oro in the Philippines. We decided on the short trip as it was designed for beginners. We woke up early in the morning for this adventure and met the rafting company as well as our guide at the SM mall. The journey was almost ready to begin as we rode in the jeepney to the launch site. We arrived at the site and our guide gave us the usual instructions and gave us our safety gear.

After we had our safety meeting and had all of our gear on, it was time for our adventure to begin. We got onto the raft and started down the river. This was an amazing experience and we seen a lot of things and had a fantastic time. We had a little video done and it is included at the bottom of this post.
